Solution-Oriented Research
I am a mixed-methods researcher with more than 10 years of experience studying organizational culture change and cultural influences on human behavior, motivation, and psychological processes. I conduct research in both academic (K-12 and higher education) and applied settings, leveraging expertise in experimental design, intervention science, field studies, program evaluation, and qualitative analysis. I am passionate about using research as a tool for generating knowledge and identifying solutions to pressing societal and organizational problems, particularly those related to equity.
